13. The Lessee will not have access to the garage, nor to
the yard. No BBQ's on the balcony.
14. The Lessee cannot paint any walls in the dwelling
before getting the Lessors' approval.
15. The Lessee is responsible for any appliance repairs
during the term of the lease.
