The Lessee will remit a security deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent at the signing of the TAL lease.

The Lessee will authorize a credit check on his person and will provide an employer's letter and a reference letter if required.

The Lessee will respect all condo bylaws and will sign off the condo rule sheet. Lessee responsible for any fine received by his/her fault.

Any lost fob will be the Lessee's responsibility to replace it.
