Lessee authorizes a credit check on his/her person and Lessors must be satisfied with the results of this credit check to accept the candidate.

Lessee to provide references, proof of employment/salary and screenshot of bank account balance.

Lessee will provide a ONE (1) month security deposit which will be remitted to the Lessee in its entirety at the end of the lease only if Lessors are fully satisfied with the condition of the unit following the walk-through.

Lessee must follow building rules and sign off the rule book prior to the occupancy date. The Lessee will pay any fine resulting from his/her own fault.

Lessee must provide the Lessors with a copy of his liability insurance policy for these premises in the amount of TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000). Lessee to renew liability insurance policy after 12 months.
