No pets.

No smoking, no e-cigarettes, no smoking nor growing of cannabis in the condo or in the common areas.

Tenant must accept a credit check on his person and landlord must be satisfied with the results of this credit check to accept the candidate.

Tenant to provide references and proof of employment.

Tenant will provide a 1 month security deposit which will cover the last month's rent.

Tenant to provide liability insurance for $2M and will remit a copy of to the lessors prior to the occupancy date.

Tenant must follow all condo rules. Any fine by the fault of the tenant from the syndicate is the tenant's responsibility.
